These terms apply to live online programmes booked through this website and to bespoke training services commissioned from AutomotiveTrainings.com.
By booking a place on a live online programme or commissioning a bespoke programme, you agree to these terms. Bespoke programmes may additionally be governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.
Prices for live online programmes are shown per participant. A place is confirmed once payment is received, or once an invoice is settled where invoicing has been agreed. VAT is applied according to your billing country and business status.
Live online programmes run on the published dates and times. We may substitute a facilitator of equivalent experience, and may adjust session content to suit the group.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements are set out in our programme policies.
All programme materials remain the property of AutomotiveTrainings.com and are provided for the personal use of the registered participant. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used to deliver training to others without written permission.
Our liability in connection with a programme is limited to the fees paid for that programme, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
