These policies apply to live online programmes booked through this website. Bespoke and private cohort programmes are covered by their own written agreement.
Cancel more than 14 days before the first session for a full refund. Cancel between 14 and 7 days before the first session for a 50% refund or a transfer to a later cohort. Within 7 days of the first session the fee is non-refundable, but a colleague may take the place.
You can transfer a booked place to another person from the same organisation at any time before the first session at no cost. Let us know the new participant’s details by email.
A booked place can be moved to a later cohort of the same programme once, free of charge, if requested more than 7 days before the first session.
If we cancel or postpone a cohort, you can move to the next available cohort or receive a full refund. Minimum group sizes apply to keep sessions interactive.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Invoiced bookings are credited against the original invoice.
